Garth Robinson began his career in Commercial Real Estate as a portfolio manager overseeing both private and federal contracts. He later transitioned to Multi-family where he led the property and asset management team for a non-profit developer that owns and operates 1,000+ units. In this role, Garth developed strategic plans overseeing the life cycle of the company’s portfolio, while assisting with facilitating acquisitions.
Throughout his tenure he developed, acquired and managed his own portfolio that became the impetus for starting his business. Along the way he discovered a passion to service his community through real estate and philanthropic measures.
Today, Garth is a Managing Partner for Myriad Capital Development, a firm that acquires, develops and provides consulting services within real estate. Garth holds a degree in property management from Virginia Tech and a Master degree in finance from Georgetown University.
